Screenshots of Marilyn Monroe’s “Niagara”

As I just posted, the movie Niagara starring Marilyn Monroe had lots of great shots of the Falls. The movie was filmed in 1952 and released in 1953, and it is very interesting to see how things have changed in the 50 years since.

I took a few screen captures to show the quality of some of the shots.

This shows a nice aerial of the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Horseshoe Falls. This looks significantly different today.
