I saw Jay Cochrane make is long-anticipated walk from the Fallsview Casino to the Skylon Tower on Saturday. I took several pictures, but I haven’t had a chance to look at them and edit/resize them. I’ll post them soon.

Cochrane sets North American record with latest feat

Wirewalker Jay Cochrane, who cancelled his high-wire act between the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and the Skylon Tower three times, finally put on the show Saturday afternoon.
“There’s only one way it goes. Either it goes good or it goes bad,” Cochrane said in an interview later.
It took him about 35 minutes to walk from the top of the Fallsview Casino’s hotel tower to the roof of the Skylon Tower’s observation deck. It’s 540 metres from start to finish, making it a North American record for high-wire performances.

I was in Niagara Falls July18 thru July 23 I watched Jay Cochrane twice (crossed between the Hiltom and FallsView)his show is Fantastic.I spoke to him and told him “Good Job Jay” He is everything he claims as a showman “Thank You Again Jay” what a performer!!
I hope tehy let him do his walk!
