I’ve posted about the DongBu Tours building several times before. The original notice of public meeting said it was going to be a restaurant and retail outlet. I don’t know for sure what’s going in there, but it has a nice Asian pagoda look to the corner:

I noticed this sign on some fencing at the DongBu Tours building: The name is familiar, so I looked at their website. Apparently they have done several projects in Niagara Falls, including the Canadian Niagara Hotels Conference Centre, Planet Hollywood, and the Radisson Hotel.
