I think my most popular post ever was on the changes taking place at Dragon Mountain at Marineland. I had tried to get some information from Marineland, but hadn’t heard anything. I emailed them again, and got a nice response from Ann Marie Rondinelli, the Marketing Office Manager. I asked her about Topple Tower (I…
I’ve contacted Marineland trying to get some information about this, but I haven’t heard from anyone yet (I’m not impressed!). They have finished putting up the mess covering that I showed in the previous posting:
Regular visitor Dawg Byte emailed me saying he had noticed that Marineland was finally working on completing their Dragon Mountain roller coaster ride. He noticed that the volcano was getting a facade. You can see the progression of the work below: A couple of closeups: I’ll contact someone at Marineland and see what I can…

I was at Marineland yesterday and took some more pictures of the new Topple Tower. You can click on the images to see a larger version. This is a picture of the ride and surrounding area Since I was there last Friday, almost all of the paving stone has been put down. As you can…
Along with the animals, there are also a fair amount of rides. Among the 16 currently in operation, there are several different kinds and sizes that should suit all ages. The first area that we went to after the show at King Waldorf’s Stadium was the Family Rides section. They have several rides that are…
When I was at Marineland last Monday I walked by the location where the new Topple Tower will be. They are promoting the ride on the maps they give out (it says it is coming soon). The location of the ride is around the bend from the bears and immediately across from Dragon Mountain. The…
