The other day when I was out and around, I noticed a new banner on the top patio at Wolfgang Puck’s. Apparently that bar/patio is called SkyLounge. I’ve never heard of that before, but it’s possible that it has been called that all along and they just didn’t have it prominently displayed.

Since Wolfgang Puck Cafe Niagara opened, the garden along the side of the building was bare. Near the back entrance there were some sickly looking evergreen trees. It was pretty pathetic. Well, just in time for winter, they’ve had some people in to fix up the garden. It looks much better.
This isn’t anything earth-shattering, but entertainment and dining establishments are always trying to look a little better. This is a picture of the patio at Wolfgang Puck Cafe. I never thought anything of the cement look that was there (before the patching was done), but it will look better with the ceramic tiles.

As I tweeted last week, I stopped by the new Niagara Falls location of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. I walked all through the restaurant to check it out. I haven’t eaten there yet, but here are some observations: They did a very nice job fixing up that building. It has a definite “island” theme to it….
There is still a lot of work to do, but it’s quite impressive the amount of work they’ve already done on the old Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant to get it ready to be a Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.
